Pottery - throwing on the wheel
Weekend workshop - 2 sessions for all levels 16+
Service Description
These sessions are limited to only 4 people with a wheel each. Saturday morning is dedicated to throwing, lead by our master potter Candice. She has a wonderful way of teaching and will guide you through the process of creating your own pieces at your own pace. Return on Sunday morning when your pieces are ready to be trimmed, carved and decorated. You may add coloured slip and any handles to mugs or jugs. Everything you need is provided from aprons to tea and coffee. The pieces you would like to keep at the end of your workshop will be fired and glazed for you. We have a wonderful selection of glazes for you to select from and you will be notified when these are ready to collect. If required, we can also arrange postage, simply charged to cover the postage and packaging, depending on size and weight.
