Pottery on Tuesdays
Throwing on the wheel - 6 weeks
Service Description
Whether it's your first time on the wheel or you wish to build on your skills or set about doing your own hand-built creations, these classes are suitable for all over the age of 16. They are limited to only 5 people with a pottery wheel each. You may wish to combine throwing and hand building during these classes, or focus entirely on throwing, the choice is yours. Everything you need is provided from aprons to tea and coffee. These classes will be ongoing and you are welcome to sign on at anytime for £180 per block of 6 weeks. The pieces you would like to keep are weighed and charged a small fee of £1/100g to cover clay, glazes and firings. You will be notified when these are ready to collect. If required we can also arrange postage. Please note that there will be an addition charge for this to cover the postage and packaging, depending on size and weight.
